      Pros

      Health benefits, Many Volunteers and a few staff make it worthwhile.

      Cons

      Inconsistent practices, and direction at Regional Level - Lacking communication - Silos - High Turnover- Most Management hides at home to avoid staff. Senior leadership is inexperienced and indecisive. Many Leadership are condescending to staff and volunteers, if they do actually acknowledge your existence.

      Pros

      My experience working with the Red Cross has been great. The work is fulfilling and the people are passionate. Benefits are good - Kaiser is $6 a month!

      Cons

      There is work life balance, but there is an expectation to work nights and weekends.

      I liked working four 10 hour days

      Cons

      I worked with a very rude colleague that was taking edibles during work hours. I told my boss and nothing was done about it.
