Gail McGovern is wonderful, and this organization has a great internal training department.
Cons
In general, this organization is way too top-heavy. Too many "Senior" managers collecting huge paychecks, while the little guy scrapes by. Some managers move the goal post, or tell you that the goals were too easy, and to avoid paying for excellence. Men are rewarded in many areas, while equal women are stifled. Unfortunately, none of this information ever gets to the top, because you have misogynistic men in the way, who are looking to promote only men.
