You get to do good work that helps people! Good pay for the position Getting promoted to Power Red and Charge is easy, it just takes some time
Cons
Atrociously long hours sometimes, some days are as short as 6 hours, some are 14 You're going to drive. A lot. Expect to commute over an hour sometimes. Your schedule will always fluctuate day-to-day. You might wake up at 5 am one day after having worked until 8 pm the day before. Your schedule will change even just hours before you're scheduled to work. Getting PTO approved is hit or miss, and mostly miss.
