      Pros

      Excellent Training. You learn about the workings of a business but it is sad that it is at the expense of hard working business owners who get sucked into empty promises.

      Cons

      Lots of travel. High pressure sales tactics. Unethical behavior from key leadership roles within organization, including the founder. Constant pressure to sell. No benefits, 50 to 60 hour work weeks, pay is low and falsely advertised. Constant changing of pay which is based on percentage collected, per assignment. Some clients do not pay, causing delays in pay, or not getting paid. You take the risks, the company collects all the benefits.

      good work environment. prefers a hands on approach to training. let's figure it out together.

      Cons

      limited advancement once you become a manager unless you decide to work in the field.
