As an independent contract instructor, I can take the classes offered, or not. I'm able to teach the topics I enjoy and the people I deal with are top notch.

I'd do more with them if they offered me more classes to teach.

You meet amazing people at this company. You are also to make many contacts.

Mgmt doesn’t value their employees as much as you would think. They claim ‘not for profit’ as an excuse to not give any raises but end the year with millions in the books.
