no pros at all just except both sat sun are off.

Pathetic company to work for, 0 empathy for employees, they don't even care if the person in any employees family is sick or hospitalised, they force you to come office. its specially for gurgaon office, people who are not living in gurgaon then don't join otherwise you will die travelling. Its just a startup, with having 0 idea on how to maintain a good team
