Pros
They understand that people who have families can still work hard. A lot of flexibility for people to have personal lives. Even though the company has become a larger medium sized business, it still feels like a small mom and pop shop. It can be high pressure to due to the nature of live television, but I have made some great personal friendships while working there. The more understanding you are of others then the better you get along with people at work. It definitely can be stressful and require you to pay close attention to what you are working on.
Cons
Things need to be organized better from the merchandize to the staff to the electrical cables. It's hard with 24/7 staff moving things around. Things can be moved from the morning, afternoon and evening staff so that your next shift then you have no idea where something went.
