Tempers fly in Senior management and there is little trust in employees. Few women in leadership positions, and those that were left to find companies that treat them better. Very rigid work hours, with zero flexibility. Expect to work overtime and cancel your evening plans to make design changes for the next day, but don't expect your vacation request to be approved.
