The interview process is quite nice. Interviewers are very nice. Questions are all related to experience and portfolio. They also provided some very constructive feedback about my work. Overall it is a chance for them to know me but also for me to know better about Amenta Emma.

Interview
Had a conversation with their HR, was a little awkward and felt like I had to guide the conversation. Spoke about their retirement project, memory care center, and JEDI programs. They mentioned that they are trying to grow their Boston office, specifically with hospitality work.
