      Pros

      Great mission and innovation, pipeline of partners and customers. Rank and file employees were great, very intelligent and driven. CEO is great at selling the company's vision and marketing the company.

      Cons

      Aside from marketing the company and doing fluff interviews, founders cannot execute on substantive core projects to advance the company like building the infrastructure to scale production, The founders' lack of leadership would be tolerable if they could execute on other fronts.

      Amazing product and mission which makes it very easy to buy into the company and have passion for the work that we do. Team is motivated and collaborative, culture is viewed as an key indicator for success
