      Motivated and dedicated employees who work hard in a poorly managed work environment.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership from VP’ s create a toxic work environment and there is no culture as they can’t develop respect because they are too busy serving their own self interest.

      Pros

      Everybody is friendly and scheduling time off has never been an issue.

      Cons

      Overtime occurs more than I prefer as salaried, however it is infrequent.
