      Sloppy and messy managers

      Pros

      Most of the people were good people.

      Cons

      5 years but was glad I got laid off. Management didn't believe in cross training and or even letting you show what you could do. The controller does even have his CPA license but, yet and still be the contolller. They have favorites as to who can learn new processes and who can't. If you to succeed in your career AmSafe is not the place for that.

      Motivated and dedicated employees who work hard in a poorly managed work environment.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership from VP’ s create a toxic work environment and there is no culture as they can’t develop respect because they are too busy serving their own self interest.
