      None. All the lads have low morale.

      Cons

      Forced into dangerous situations by the site managers. Not listed to when you raise concerns and are labelled a trouble maker when you do. Do not believe anything about being a strong part of the team blah blah. You aren’t. You’re there to be exploited. Nothing more.

      work colleagues, hours and supervisors

      Cons

      safety squad are insanly tight on regulation, key card access every 50 feet (in and oout of machine) speed limit on site is 10 mph, safety team wanted the operators to drive below 5mph.
