- Nothing new to learn after a year - Team members work in silos. no communication . - No performance appraisal in 3 years - No salary increase in last 3 years - Company does a lot of strategic changes and the burden has to be borne by finance team without any additional incentive -Lot of people have left in last few months from top management in finance to the juniors -You can only stay longer if you belong to a particular 'race'.
