First, thank you for your five + years of service. Of course, we're also distressed to hear of your experience. Altium strives to be an inclusive environment in which everyone is welcomed, treated fairly, and recognized for their contributions, and we regret that you feel we have fallen short. As part of our own transformation, Altium is beta testing a performance review process and developing programs aimed at engaging people and bringing teams together.
