Business outlook

Pros

1. Flexible WFH mode(Only some projects are asked to come to office) 2. Organisation is small, so you can easily communicate with leaders 3. Pay is competitive with respect to other service-based companies(especially for immediate joiners).

Cons

1. Earlier, this organisation used to be the best in work culture, similar to product-based companies with a lot of employee benefits but now it is all cut down to zero. 2. Only 4-5 recognized big project clients, rest is all smaller ones. 3. Post to some other organisation aquirement the low level employees dont see any growth. 4. Some good leaders went away from this organisation, now its all not that good in leadership levels.
