1. Very bad management, very much incapable of running a big MNC.
2. Most of the projects have employee staffing kind of culture, It's like everything is on client side from the assets to work env to the whole team on employee will work with and that's where the employee faces horrible things while working.
3. Client side employees treats horribly and against this Altimetrik side manager don't take any action or step to prevent or to save the employee. Altimetrik side managers can only lick the client as much as possible.
4. Many senior leaders don't know anything but sits on the top and giving orders to juniors and despite knowing more and despite having more technical knowledge the junior can't say or advice anything to the senior leaders.
5. Very much bossy culture all around and people who can lick without having any knowledge they can only survive otherwise not.
6. Bad HR system, HRs will be unreachable most of the time even if the situation is critical for the employee.
7. Long working hours, less hike.t
8. The company policies are not so good, even in case of medical insurance claim also the TPA agent can talk to you badly and if you tell that to your HR they will not do anything for it and will give fake promises that they are taking care of this.
9. Worst culture all around the company, at the end of the day you'll not be satisfied working in this company because of the horrible work env.
10. Many incapable people are sitting around you, who'll not take any ownership for their own tasks and will try to get it done through you and for that if you raise voice then you'll only be the victim because that incapable employee has been licking the senior leader's and which is very much appreciated in this org. There are many more.
