      Pros

      I am an ex employee of Altimetrik. During my tenure, I was pleased with the open door culture of the organization. Management policies are employee development & learning focussed. The HR practices were good and supported by strong leadership at all levels.

      Cons

      Cons include need enhanced focus on work-life balance. Cafeteria services need improvement as well.
