* Sad & Stupid Leaders & Management, perhaps high school kids make better decisions * There is more politics in this organisation than entire country put altogether, dominated by Tamil folks who have been aligned to most of the management roles - sadly not one of these guys can talk or deliver convincing/motivating speech to employees. You will often find people talking in regional languages and wearing flipflops to workplace !! * No vision or goals set for these leaders, they change their mind every day and drive in all the directions. * Delivery Team promises deadlines even before knowing what has to be delivered, they are part of Artificial Intelligence Team who could read clients mind and needs * Micro management
