Unethical Exit Process and Labour Law Non-Compliance - Staff Engineer Altimetrik Employee Review

My experience during resignation was disappointing. After submitting my resignation on 17th October, my correct last working day was 16th December, but the company attempted to change it to 12th December, which created unnecessary stress. The organization also does not seem to follow the latest labour code requirements for timely final settlement. A smoother and more transparent exit process is needed.
