Disappointing project change experience. even when the employee is flexible on role, location and shift still they fire the employee as the HR and top management wants to meet the numbers . Support functions do not help in finding projects. even if you find it and ask them to propose they are reluctant based on the directions of their management orders. Developers, leads, testers and BAs and Architects please don’t ever join this firm . they have a nasty hire and fire policy. delivery TA and HR lack directions and they fire people to their whims and fancies sometimes within 3 months of joining . HR is incommunicado and will do nothing to help or support you . Their business outlook is bleak and existing senior management folks are insecure and will anything to protect themselves.
