-Money can be good. If in right place at right time. -Fun colleagues, most have departed. -Recent sale could bring needed change in team and management structure. Possible.
Cons
-Toxic environment in sales org. -Very rough cloud strategy. Primarily on prem product, late to cloud. Do you research here. -Sales process doesn't align with how customers consume as this is primarily a user based sale, not a sale to an IT team, regardless of what you're told. Most leaders hired in the past 3-years still don't get this at all. -Growth is a real struggle. Listen to the earnings calls and see how the stock performed over the past few years.
