      Nice coworkers, free lunches, front office staff.

      Cons

      The administration is a definite downfall of this agency. There are very sick clinicians in top positions supervising new therapists. The CEO is young and had no experience. She hired all her friends and put them in top positions. Most of the great staff that was employed for several years had left .

      The benefits are unparalleled, I have never received so much flexibility and encouragement of mental health days. The people are all wonderful and extremely welcoming.

      Cons

      The work force is in a crisis so there is a lot of turn over but no more than similar organizations in our area.
