      Some of my team members have been helpful and encouraging.

      Cons

      It is so hard to get a straight answer about anything. There is a lack of policies that are being enforced. Constant staff changes, high caseloads. Doesn't seem like anyone really communicates to each other (especially the managers and up).

      The work culture is horrible! Disorganized, unprofessional staff. Interviews are a joke, they hire pretty much anyone who wants a job. Low pay and no room for advancement.
