Pros
With Intel acquisition, many opportunities await Altera to grab hold. There are many interesting projects coming in especially in data centers and IoTs business.
Cons
Execution orientated on lower management and inability for employees to share the big picture ahead especially with Intel coming into play. Maybe upper management can help to fill in the gap and bring employees up to speed and relevancy to our contributions.
