Decent perks compared to other companies in the area but nothing extraordinary compared to the top companies. Good health insurance coverage, vacation time (starting with 3 weeks), flexible hours, possibility of working from home depending on situation.
Great RRSP match program, health benefits, free metro pass, free drinks and snacks. Maternity and bonding leaves (8 weeks each). As well as sabbaticals after some years of service.
