      Get paid well, reasonable working hour, good working environment, the food inside is actually not bad, the people are generally easy to get along with

      Cons

      Not much career advancement opportunity, the product is pretty nitch in the market, absolutely not a good choice for a NCG, but can be a good place when your focus is on the family
