      Pros

      People are helpful. Good teamwork among colleagues. Latest technology adopted for product. Salary is decent and benefits are alright

      Cons

      Upper management demand a lot on deliveries but not proper reward or recognition is given when this is achieved. What is the point of asking so much when you don't reward accordingly! A lot of favoritism and politics especially on recent change of upper management.
