      stressful environment because the managers find yelling to be an effective motivating factor.

      Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

      Cons

      horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
