Pros
You are not micromanaged and do not feel intimidated by management. You can work the hours you please and pick up overtime. Ability to dress up comfortably. They will make it work with whoever is willing to stay.
Cons
Unorganized, no assigned desks, non-existent HR department for 650 people, which is ridiculous. Lack of passion. Very poor pay for the work you do. No PTO and no time off at all.
