Pros

Steady hours, mind-numbingly easy work, lots of interaction with customers (via phone), chances for lots of people to advance in the company

Cons

Hours are subject to change when a "shift bid" comes into effect (no matter if you want your hours to change or not) every few months. While in training, the trainers are both disrespectful and patronizing. Company was not willing to work with me (despite this long speech about how much they love their employees and want us all to succeed and have invested all this money into each of us) when childcare became an issue.

Pros

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
