      The trainers The job security:you have to go out of your way to get fired My coworkers were cool too

      The benefits Having to sale even if you're not in a sales based role The crappy pay and pay raises 0.25 is laughable

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
