Pros

Competitive salary growth, friendly colleagues, and a pleasant office located in central Chisinau. The company organizes enjoyable parties for its anniversaries, offers a hybrid work model, and provides parking spaces.

Cons

The employee onboarding process for projects can be complicated and is not very streamlined. The standard working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM, and working overtime is generally seen as acceptable. The company tends to prefer using older, conservative technologies, and does not provide equipment for remote work. Mandatory leaves (not compensated) for one week in summer and for 2 weeks at Christmas.
