Pros

- Nice working atmosphere and people - Flat (well, almost) structure - not too many levels of management to go through - Flexible working schedule and good work/life balance - Opportunities to grow professionally within the QA field. Juniors can grow into mid and even senior level in a couple of years depending on their own will and abilities. - Regular salary and performance reviews (depends on actual project, office and manager though)

Cons

- Focus on QA in the financial sector may be boring and lacks flexibility so the opportunities to grow horizontally (e.g. from test automation to development or product management) are quite limited. Vertical mobility (i.e. getting from junior to senior or manager) is fine, but the ceiling is quite low (see the pro about structure) so there isn't much space to grow as well. - Despite the salary reviews are regular (or at least attempt to be so), the overall salary levels may be lower than the market and thus discouraging - Office hardware and social benefits could be better.
