Everything! Client centric, won't consider employees needs at all. No personal life at all. Work life balance is next to nothing. The manager will compare you with other colleagues which are more experienced than you at appraisal time. I was feeling like I was in school, even though the school might have policies which are in favour of students. Do not join this company, even if you do not have any job!
