Looks Good From the Outside but Lacks Professionalism Once Hired - Anonymous employee Allegis Group Employee Review

Treated like a temporary employee within host company. Little support from Allegis once you are placed. Benefits aren't great (401k plan is awful). Management is hands off and if something does go wrong, they won't talk to the employee until it is too late to fix. High turnover. Very little training. Lengthy and messy hiring process. No support when a placement ends.
