      Pros

      - You get a paycheck - Flexible work schedule - Heath insurance (not a very good plan but still better than nothing)

      Cons

      - Worst management I have seen - No career development - Pay is below industry mean - Dishonest - No retirement contribution - No disability insurance - No sick days (The words of a person in a leadership position at EASi: EASi is in the business to maximize its profits. Of course we are not going to give you sick days. If you had a company and wanted to maximize your profit would you give your employees sick days?)

      Nothing that's worth mentioning. It's pretty bad

      Cons

      - Young people who don't have basic knowledge of IT are responsible for shortlisting (sending resumes to the managers). This is especially true for the allegis team at TD bank.
