Pros
You can work with some high level clients- but as a commission-based sales person, it is up to your efforts to close these deals yourself with no help or infrastructure from the company. You will compete against your own recruiters internally. Recruiters act fraudulent to try and close deals.
Cons
Too many to list.... A lot of fraud in the management. They will throw the younger, less experienced employees under the boss to cover their tracks (read the lawsuits pertaining to Maxim Healthcare, an Allegis owned company where billionaire and Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Biscouti had a large stake in the company); "Cover your hyde" work environment, low pay and will cut your commissions and take credit for your work.
