Pros
I cannot think of a single pro about my time with Allegis. I guess they did pay for some further career training. But no real development internally.
Cons
no advancement unless you are sales,poor pay, under appreciation, little respect among colleges SR. VP of HR once told me all HR, IT and corporate is just over head that can be cut.
