Cons
No technical growth, more documentation work they don't have any development projects at all. As it is service base they will focus more on customer. They won't care what kind of work it is. Resources are just head count for them they won't care about your skills. They will force you to do the things even if you don't know anything about that. Lots of ambiguity , no clear inputs. As I mentioned earlier it is service base they will give more aggressive estimation to customer. Manager don't look at the criticality of task they will do the estimation blindly to impress the senior management and customer. The manager won't look at the quality of work they just want to meet deadlines , if dont do it they will blame you instead of finding route cause. Short term project they will get that to from EASi LLC (US) team , which US people don't want to do. Apart from this company is awesome as its parent company ALLEGIS is well established globally with good revenue.
