They play favorites. If the account manager is Asian, good luck staying in your position. They will find an excuse to get rid of you. When they kick you out, they try not to pay your final paycheck and Don't accept if they say you will receive your paycheck on your pay date. Ask them to write the last paycheck right away . if the manager asks you to meet one on one very frequently, it means that they want to get rid of you soon.
