Luckily some get to work in development projects in CAD team... Company has a small library which has few books.. And more books are being added.. It has a small mechanical LAB and an Embedded LAB.. Well nothing much to write here..
Cons
Difference in GET's payroll .. Students recruited through colleges (placement drives) are paid 3L PA but students recruited directly (walkin interviews) are paid only 2L PA... This is a really bad policy... Considering 2 GET's doing the same work but 1 getting paid 3L and the other getting 2L.. Working in shifts is another annoying task.. Since the company wants to make optimum use of licences they force employees to work in shifts... 1st and 2nd shift... One way cab facilities are provided (charges will be deducted from salary) for employees working in shifts.. This is another draw back...
