Absolute Zero Work ethics. - Anonymous employee Allegis Group Employee Review

They have no regard for employee grievances. The HR , Finance and the recruitment departments themselves have zero transparency amongst them. They do not know how to function as a whole and are masters of the blame game. You will end up going round and round for months to get a proper response let alone resolve any problems or issues. Absolutely inefficient team members. No body wants to take up any kind of accountability to any kind of matters ahead. Salaries of their employees is their least concern. I can go on ... but the list is endless.
