Pros
Excellent company with really good people and amazing leadership, simply fantastic CEO and EMEA director. Everyone are so sown to earth and chill, a true family! You can learn a lot here and develop your skills. Other than that, you will not get as many perks as in big product companies, but there is a 10bis card and a great little snack kitchen!
Cons
The only con here is that since this is a small company relatively, there is not enough horizon for those who want to really grow so will need to look for your next career path, and most likely you will spend 3-5 years here and move on. Since it is a PS company salary can not compete with product companies, what can we do, oh well... Work life balance could be better but given the fact that this is a professional services company, it is more than OK.
