Thank you for your feedback. "All is good" sounds excellent and we love the "no problem" part. Remote work has its perks, such as flexibility or using the time normally spent commuting to and from work with family or friends. However, as you mentioned, there also can be less immediate team interaction. At AllCloud we are always looking for new ways to improve employee connectivity with remote team buildings (e.g. remote team lunches, Wine Tasting events, soon to come book club), monthly all-hands meetings, and annual getaways to exciting destinations where we all meet and catch up in real life.
