      Pros

      Ambitious, close to AWS and Salesforce, do'ers mentality, different from the majority prof. services companies, no glossy Power Point promises/strategy only - actual work is done.

      Cons

      Usual pain-points of a scale-up, e.g. hands-on expected at all levels. DACH still learning how to become more autonomous and how to serve the market in a bespoke way.

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
