Technology focused at the leading edge. Good office location. Nice bunch o colleagues. Competitive benefits. Very good educational resources.
Cons
Managers are very pushy to deliver at the cost of personal life. Agility is not what characterizes this company. Project managers and senior management are poorly schooled in scrum. Learning activities occur mostly after work. Constant pursuit for billable hours means you do not get to finish a project completely by the time we are re-assigned. We are presented as experts although many times we are not familiar with the technology we're supposed to implement. And we need to learn it outside office hours. Allocation to projects does not take into account personal skillset. Compensation is fair but can be sgnificantly better for a company that promotes its people as core values.
