      Pros

      Very flexible, choose your own schedule and hours. You do meet and greets to meet the family you may work with. Mostly pediatric patients. Good pay depending on your case.

      Cons

      Minimal sick time/PTO. Easy to get burnt out being in the family’s home for long hours, several days a week. Some family’s/environments can be very difficult to work with.

      Always available to contact and easy to pick up hours to make the full 40/wk, with weekly pay.

      Cons

      Submitting paper timesheets once a week, and no OT
