I walked in and asked for a job application. They hired me on the spot, that same day. Finished filling out paperwork, and I was set up for training. Training wasn't too long of process from what I remember.

Over the phone interview first asking basic questions about experience and what you're looking for. They asked about specific work experience and coping management skills. Another question how will your experience be an asset to our company and how long do you plan to hold this position. I was referred to this job and was told to state that I had open availability as it will quicken the hiring process. I also work a full time and states that I would only like to supplement And have the option of second job; which is the basis of having a per Diem position
