Pros
good pay rate vs. other home care agency. Option to pick up as many cases when they're available, flexible schedule
Cons
as with any other agency when there are no clients then you have no paycheck. Most of my clients are apart of an independent schooling program in NH and when there are major holidays they usually go home to be with their family's so that means i don't get paid for the days they are gone.
